Refund policy

At The Convex Mirror Company (TCMC), we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Standard Products: You may request a refund for standard, non-custom products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom/Bespoke Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom and bespoke mirrors, we do not offer refunds on these items. All sales of custom and bespoke mirrors are final once production begins.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@theconvexmirrorcompany.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.

  2. Approval: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Processing Your Refund

  • Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 21 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom or bespoke mirrors.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any product that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
